HEALTHY EATING !
- As a reminder, Kindly note that children get to eat twice during the day. Once at 9:30 am and the other at 11:15 am. Lunch boxes are required to be healthy preferably with two snacks and one meal( No snacks are provided by the School's Canteen). Please make sure to send enough food throughout the day. Sending too much food is a waste of food. I recommend that you send snacks like some vegetables for the morning and some fruits, nuts, or cereal.. for the afternoon. Children will then be able to go back home with a full appetite to eat a proper meal for lunch.
